Actually, it's on the side of a white, concrete building in Queens, NY. It was dusk when I took the picture and I stepped down the lens so it came out darker than it appeared. I suppose they used lamps like that on the building to make it look like a ship. ;)
Looks like one from ship. Nice idea, since lamps in ships stand out from the ones that you can find from home.
