When I was growing up in the '60s, WABC77 MusicRadio was the radio station I listened to. Rock and roll with the greatest DJs in NYC! I'd come home from school and put the radio on while doing homework. The afternoon and evening DJs (and the one I listened to in the morning) were like friends who came to visit me each day and play music, just for me. Then they went to TalkRadio in the '70s and I switched to an Oldies station.
